This year鈥檚 administrators conference will take place in Denver, Colorado 鈥斅�November 14-16, 2024聽鈥� for current and future educational leaders. The conference will be a series of in-person sessions and roundtables to collaborate, share ideas and discuss.

Cancelation Policy
Conference registrations and purchase orders must be paid in full by October 30, 2024 in order to receive conference access. Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than October 20, 2024 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. Unpaid purchase orders will be billed at the full rate specified in the order unless cancelled before the deadline; Standard cancellation fees will apply.
Audio/Photo/Video Release
By attending our conference, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including 麻花视频 staff) may capture your image in photos and videos. 麻花视频 encourages event attendees to exercise good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the events. 麻花视频 uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including the 麻花视频 website, social media, print and advertising. If you see any photos of yourself on our website or on 麻花视频’s social media that you would like removed, please contact us at conferences@acsa-arch.org.

When and Where is the Conference?
The conference will be fully in-person in Denver, Colorado on November 14-16, 2024.聽 The conference will take place at the University of Colorado Denver, Lawrence Street Center | Terrace Room.聽
What Airport do I fly into?
The closest airport is Denver International Airport.
What is the best way to get to the Conference Hotel from the airport?
You can take public transportation from the airport to downtown via the light rail. Take the at the airport (level 1) and get off at Union Station (40 Minutes) and then walk (10 minutes) to the Conference Hotel – . The cost is $10 USD each way and you can buy tickets at the airport. You can also take a taxi or rideshare to the hotel.聽

Will the conference be virtual/hybrid or In-person?
The Conference will be fully in-person and we do not have virtual or hybrid options.
Are there Continuing Education credits offered for the Conference?
Yes, Obtain Continuing Education Credits (CES) / Learning Units (LU), when applicable. Registered conference attendees will be able to submit sessions for Continuing Education Credits (CES).

What health measures/protocols is 麻花视频 taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
麻花视频鈥檚 top priority is the health and safety of our event participants. 麻花视频 recommends all attendees stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations as recommended by the CDC.聽 麻花视频 welcomes attendees that choose to wear masks. 麻花视频 cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance.

Is there a single-day registration?
No, you will need to register for the entire conference.
What is included in my registration
Entry to all conference sessions, workshops, roundtables, coffee breaks and networking opportunities. Breakfast & Lunch provided and ability to earn AIA Continuing Education Credits. Keynote presentations, Plenary Sessions and Receptions.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than October 20, 2024 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50.
Can I register for the Conference On-Site?
Yes, but you will get the best rates if you register online.
How do I get a receipt for my registration?
